Five Good Emperors

The Five Good Emperors was a phrase used by Machiavelli to describe the first five emperors of the Nerva-Antonine dynasty. The Roman Emperors this covers are Hadrian, Trajan, Nerva, Marcus Aurelius and Antoninus Pius.

To be fair to the five of them, they were certainly better than most Roman emperors.
